Wholegrain wrap: 1 large (60g), Turkey breast (cooked): 85g (3 oz, sliced), Apple: 50g (1/2 small, thinly sliced), Dried cranberries: 15g (1 tbsp), Mixed greens: 30g (1 cup), Greek yogurt: 30g (2 tbsp), Dijon mustard: 5g (1 tsp), Walnuts: 10g (1 tbsp, chopped), Celery: 30g (1 stalk, diced), Black pepper: to taste
