Whole grain tortilla (8-inch): 1 (45g), Turkey breast (roasted, sliced): 85g (3 oz), Cranberry sauce (sugar-free): 15g (1 tbsp), Baby spinach: 15g (1/2 cup), Brie cheese: 15g (1/2 oz, thinly sliced), Walnuts: 10g (1 tbsp, chopped), Dijon mustard: 5g (1 tsp)

Recipe Instructions

1. Lay the whole grain tortilla flat on a clean surface. 2. Spread 5g Dijon mustard evenly over the tortilla. 3. Spread 15g sugar-free cranberry sauce over the mustard. 4. Layer 15g baby spinach, 85g sliced turkey breast, and 15g thinly sliced brie cheese on top. 5. Sprinkle with 10g chopped walnuts. 6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. 7. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
