Whole wheat wrap: 60g (1 large), Turkey breast: 100g (3.5 oz, cooked and sliced), Cranberry sauce (sugar-free): 30g (2 tbsp), Spinach: 30g (1 cup, fresh), Brie cheese: 30g (1 oz, sliced), Walnuts: 15g (1 tbsp, chopped), Dijon mustard: 5g (1 tsp), Greek yogurt: 15g (1 tbsp), Salt: 1g (1/4 tsp), Black pepper: 1g (1/4 tsp)

Recipe Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix 15g Greek yogurt with 5g Dijon mustard, 1g salt, and 1g black pepper. 2. Warm the 60g whole wheat wrap in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side or in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. 3. Spread the yogurt-mustard mixture down the center of the wrap. 4. Layer 30g spinach, 100g sliced turkey breast, 30g sliced brie cheese, and 15g chopped walnuts on top of the yogurt-mustard mixture. 5. Spread 30g cranberry sauce over the fillings. 6. Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll up tightly. 7. Cut in half diagonally and serve.
