Whole wheat tortilla: 60g (1 large), Turkey breast (sliced): 100g (3.5 oz), Avocado: 50g (1/3 medium, sliced), Spinach: 30g (1 cup), Tomato: 50g (1/2 medium, sliced), Red onion: 20g (2 tbsp, thinly sliced), Greek yogurt: 30g (2 tbsp), Dijon mustard: 5g (1 tsp), Lemon juice: 5ml (1 tsp), Black pepper: to taste

Recipe Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix 30g Greek yogurt, 5g Dijon mustard, 5ml lemon juice, and black pepper to taste. 2. Lay out 60g tortilla and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over it. 3. Layer 100g turkey breast, 50g sliced avocado, 30g spinach, 50g sliced tomato, and 20g sliced red onion on top. 4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly to form a wrap. 5. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
