Recipe Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix 85g drained tuna, 15g Greek yogurt, 5g Dijon mustard, 30g diced apple, 15g diced celery, 10g chopped walnuts, 5ml lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and 1g black pepper. 2. Lay the whole grain tortilla flat on a clean surface. 3. Place 15g mixed greens in the center of the tortilla. 4. Spoon the tuna mixture over the greens. 5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. 6. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
