Recipe Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mash 30g avocado with 5ml lime juice, 1g ground cumin, 1g chili powder, and a pinch of salt. 2. Lay the whole grain tortilla flat on a clean surface. 3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the tortilla. 4. Layer 60g black beans, 60g roasted sweet potato cubes, 30g diced red bell pepper, 15g diced red onion, and 5g chopped cilantro on top. 5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. 6. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
