Recipe Instructions

1. Toast 2 slices of sourdough bread until lightly golden. 2. In a small bowl, mix 10g mayonnaise with 5g Dijon mustard, 1g salt, and 1g black pepper. 3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one slice of bread and 30g cranberry sauce on the other slice. 4. Layer 85g sliced turkey breast, 30g sliced brie cheese, and 15g arugula on the mayonnaise side. 5. Top with the cranberry-spread slice of bread and cut in half before serving.
