Ingredients

Sourdough bread: 80g (2 slices), Turkey Bacon (lean): 30g (2 slices), Lettuce: 30g (1 cup, shredded), Tomato: 60g (1 medium, sliced), Avocado: 50g (1/2 small, sliced), Mayonnaise (low-fat): 10g (2 tsp), Dijon mustard: 5ml (1 tsp), Salt and Black pepper: to taste

Recipe Instructions

1. Cook 30g bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. 2. Toast 2 slices of sourdough bread until lightly golden. 3. In a small bowl, mix 10g mayonnaise, 5g Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. 4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on both slices of bread. 5. Layer 30g shredded lettuce, 60g sliced tomato, 30g cooked bacon, and 50g sliced avocado on one slice of bread. 6. Top with the second slice of bread and cut in half before serving.
