Whole grain tortilla (8-inch): 1 (45g), Smoked salmon: 60g (2 oz), Light cream cheese: 15g (1 tbsp), Cucumber: 30g (1/3 cup, thinly sliced), Red onion: 15g (2 tbsp, thinly sliced), Capers: 5g (1 tsp), Dill (fresh): 2g (1 tsp, chopped), Lemon juice: 5ml (1 tsp), Mixed greens: 15g (1/2 cup), Black pepper: 1g (1/4 tsp)

Recipe Instructions

1. Lay the whole grain tortilla flat on a clean surface. 2. Spread 15g light cream cheese evenly over the tortilla. 3. Layer 15g mixed greens, 60g smoked salmon, 30g thinly sliced cucumber, and 15g thinly sliced red onion on top. 4. Sprinkle with 5g capers and 2g chopped fresh dill. 5. Drizzle with 5ml lemon juice and sprinkle with 1g black pepper. 6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. 7. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
