Recipe Instructions

1. In a bowl or jar, combine 30g chia seeds, 180ml almond milk, 15g peanut butter, 10g honey, and 2ml vanilla extract. Whisk well to ensure the peanut butter is fully incorporated. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. 3. In the morning, stir the pudding and add a splash of almond milk if it’s too thick. 4. Top with 100g sliced strawberries, 50g sliced banana, and 10g chopped peanuts before serving.
