1. In a bowl, mix 170g Greek yoghurt with 1g matcha powder and 10g honey until well combined. 2. In a glass or jar, layer half of the matcha yoghurt, followed by 15g granola and 50g mixed berries. 3. Repeat with the remaining yoghurt, granola, and berries. 4. Top with 15g sliced almonds. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
