Recipe Instructions

1. In a food processor, combine 60g rolled oats, 50g chopped dates, 30g almond butter, 4g matcha powder, 15g honey, 10g chia seeds, 10g ground flaxseed, 2ml vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. 2. Pulse until the mixture comes together and forms a dough-like consistency. 3. Roll the mixture into 8-10 small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). 4. Place the energy balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. 5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
