Ingredients

Rolled oats: 15g (2 tbsp), Almond butter: 6g (1 tsp), Dates: 10g (2 small, pitted), Matcha powder: 1g (1/4 tsp), Chia seeds: 2g (1/2 tsp), Flaxseed (ground): 2g (1/2 tsp), Vanilla extract: 0.5ml (a few drops), Salt: 0.1g (pinch), Hot water: 10ml (2 tsp, for soaking)

Recipe Instructions

1. Soak 10g dates in 10ml hot water for 5 minutes, then mash the dates with a fork, reserving the soaking liquid. 2. In a bowl, mix 15g rolled oats, 6g almond butter, the mashed dates, 1g matcha powder, 2g chia seeds, 2g ground flaxseed, 0.5ml vanilla extract, 0.1g salt, and 5ml of the reserved soaking liquid as needed until the dough comes together. 3. Form into 1-2 small balls and chill before serving.
