1. In a bowl or jar, combine 30g chia seeds, 120ml almond milk, 60g Greek yogurt, 10g honey, 15ml lemon juice, and 4g lemon zest. Stir well to combine. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. 3. In the morning, stir the pudding and add a splash of almond milk if it’s too thick. 4. Top with 100g blueberries and 15g sliced almonds before serving.
