Recipe Instructions

1. Rinse 50g quinoa under cold water. 2. In a saucepan, combine the quinoa with 180ml almond milk and a pinch of salt. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, until quinoa is tender and milk is absorbed. 4. Stir in 5g cocoa powder, 10g ground flaxseed, 10g maple syrup, and 2ml vanilla extract. 5. Transfer to a bowl and top with 50g sliced banana, 50g sliced strawberries, 5g dark chocolate chips, and 15g almond butter.
