Recipe Instructions

1. In a jar or container, combine 50g rolled oats, 10g ground flaxseed, and 5g chia seeds. 2. Add 120ml almond milk, 60g Greek yogurt, 5g honey, 2ml vanilla extract, 1g cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. 3. Stir well to combine. 4. Fold in 50g of the mixed berries, reserving the rest for topping. 5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. 6. Before serving, top with the remaining 30g berries and 10g sliced almonds.
