Recipe Instructions

1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Prepare potatoes: Slice 200 g potatoes and layer in a baking dish. Drizzle with 5 g olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 3. Add chicken: Place 150 g chicken breast on top of potatoes. Drizzle with 5 g olive oil, 5 g garlic, and 5 g thyme. 4. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked. 5. Serve hot.
