Frozen mixed berries: 100 g (3/4 cup), Greek yogurt (low-fat, unsweetened): 120 g (1/4 cup), Almond milk (unsweetened): 50 ml (1/4 cup), Honey/Maple syrup: 10 g ( 2 tsp)
