Recipe Instructions

1. Heat 5ml olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add 85g lean ground beef, 1g cumin, 1g chili powder, 1g garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and 1g black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. 3. In a bowl, layer 50g cooked brown rice, 60g black beans, and the cooked beef. 4. Top with 30g chopped romaine lettuce, 50g diced tomato, 30g diced avocado, and 25g diced red onion. 5. Sprinkle with 5g chopped cilantro and drizzle with 5ml lime juice. 6. Serve with 15g Greek yogurt on top.
