What does the microbiome test analyze?
Our test provides a comprehensive analysis of your gut bacteria, including:

How do I collect my sample?
The test kit includes detailed instructions. Generally, you’ll need to collect a small stool sample using the provided tools, place it in the stabilizing solution, and mail it back in the pre-paid packaging.
How do I activate my test kit?
Before sending your sample, you must activate your test kit on our website using the unique 12-digit activation code included in your kit. This step is essential for processing your sample and delivering your results.
Is the sample collection process hygienic?
Yes. Our kits are designed for clean, simple collection with minimal handling. The kit includes everything needed for hygienic sample collection.
How long does it take to get my results?
Results are typically available within 2-3 weeks after your sample arrives at the laboratory.
How will I receive my results?
Your microbiome test results will be sent directly to your email address. You’ll receive a comprehensive report with detailed analysis and insights about your gut microbiome.
How accurate is the microbiome test?
Our tests are conducted in a certified laboratory using advanced sequencing technology. While highly accurate for identifying bacterial composition, remember that microbiome science is still evolving, and results should be viewed as informational rather than diagnostic.
Personalized Nutrition Plans
What's included in my personalized nutrition plan?
Your plan includes weekly meal plans composed of 3 meals and 1 snack per day. These recommendations are based on your preferences and information provided, offering guidance on foods that may support a healthy gut microbiome during menopause.
Can I purchase the nutrition plan without taking the microbiome test?
Yes. Our nutrition plan is available as a standalone subscription service with monthly billing. While the microbiome test can provide personalized insights, the nutrition plan can be purchased and used independently.
Do the nutrition plans account for food allergies or intolerances?
No. Our current nutrition plans do not automatically filter for allergies or intolerances. If you have food allergies or intolerances, you’ll need to review all recommendations and make appropriate substitutions based on your specific needs.
Can I follow the nutrition plan if I have a medical condition?
If you have any medical conditions or are taking medications, consult with your healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes based on our recommendations.

Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Test kits are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary by location.
Can I return my test kit?
Unopened test kits can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Once a kit has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What if my sample is insufficient for testing?
If your sample cannot be analyzed, we’ll contact you and may send a new collection kit at no additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
