About Me

My passion for nutrition was born out of necessity, as I learned to care for my children who lived with severe food allergies. The experience of managing their diets and ensuring their safety taught me just how essential the right nutrition is, especially when every meal can make a difference. These challenges inspired me to explore the science of food and health more deeply.
When my daughters became more independent, I decided to return to university and study Nutritional Sciences. This journey opened my eyes to the powerful role nutrition plays throughout every stage of life, and how early habits can influence our health for years to
come. I became especially interested in women’s health, recognising how nutrition can support us through life’s many changes, including menopause.
At HerNutrea, I bring together my personal insights and academic background to help women navigate their own health journeys with confidence. My goal is to offer practical, science-based nutrition guidance that makes a real difference, helping women feel strong,
