Wholegrain scone: 1 small (30g), Low-fat Greek yogurt: 30g (2 tbsp), Cucumber: 30g (1/5 cup, finely grated and squeezed), Garlic: 1g (1 small clove, minced), Fresh dill: 0.5g (a few sprigs, finely chopped), Lemon zest: a pinch, Salt and black pepper: to taste

Recipe Instructions
